What enters the ledger
When you submit the inquiry form, we store the name, email address, inquiry category, event details, location, crew information, rules link, message, consent, reference number, and submission time that you provide.
USE
Why the yard keeps it
Information is used to evaluate and respond to commissions, consultations, educational programs, fleet engagements, charity regattas, press requests, and partnerships. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without permission.
STORAGE & RETENTION
Cloud-kept, not counter-fluted
Inquiry records are stored in the website's managed cloud database. Access is limited to operating the yard's inquiry process. Records are retained while an inquiry is active and for a reasonable administrative period afterward.
YOUR REQUESTS
Corrections and deletion
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, email info@thistlewack.com and include the yard reference number when available. Safety, legal, and service-provider obligations may require limited retention in some circumstances.
